Service was excellent and the room perfect for our needs. Breakfast, minibar, evening happy hour for free, so they really want you to feel welcome. Location quite near all the sights.

Superb hotel! A charming oasis in a bustling city. Highlights: pool, sauna, breakfast. The historic centre is about 20 minutes bus ride away, but it’s worth it! Buses run regularly.

A last minute booking for family vacation to relax and take easy. Very convenient place to either utilise good quality restaurant services or prepare food on own. Nice two pools, fantastic atmosphere. Stayed 9 days, 1hr drive to Pisa, Sienna and Florence.

We loved our stay at Ville sull’Arno. Staff was really helpful and friendly. In general the hotel was clean and our room was tidied up every day. The location is 30 minutes walk away from the city centre which didn’t bother us too much. Only improvement we would’ve wished was the service by the pool. Many days we had to go away from the pool area to find a staff member to get service. For a 5 star hotel you could assume to get service efficiently by the pool.
