”Es war ein richtig toller Aufenthalt im Hotel. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt war der Türsteher an der Rooftop Bar (langhaariger Schwarzer). Eingebildet, Arrogant und kein Verständnis das man nicht so gute Englischkenntnisse hat”

I laughed with the staff about wanting to stay here because my last name is Platt..... (a few letters longer). I had a magical stay. I enjoyed the rooftop. The service was prompt. The rooms were clean, the showers worked, i'm in downtown new york city, what else can you ask for? Next time I come to new york, I'm staying here especially now that I know the neighborhood better.”

”Clean and spacious room. There is cooking facilities but I didn't use it. Free laundry. 10mins walk to Exchange place and Hudson River. 10min walk to whole foods and plenty of dining option. Tram is 2mins away and 2 stops away from a shopping mall. Love the location.”

”The check-in process was quick and seamless. However, it would be helpful to offer a wider selection of teas in the room, including green tea, as well as additional bar beverage options. The service at the bar downstairs could be improved, as the staff member assisting me was not particularly helpful. Additionally, I would appreciate the option to check out later than 12pm.”

”Old building that looks pretty rough from outside however staff wonderful,free parking and good location to access nyc. We would stay here again as room was clean and we were just looking for somewhere to sleep before going into city”

”This is our go-to hotel when we come to town. Rooms are a good size and pillows an beds are comfortable. Staff is so kind and accommodating Collette at check in was great and gave us a bottle of Prosecco after telling her we were celebrating my friend's 65th BD. Loved have daily breakfast and coffee service in the morning and an evening cocktail listening to jazz in the eve. Lots to do at The Roxy, we love it”
