”Very pet friendly.”

”I was happy to stay in this hotel!”

”Everything was perfect. But if you are travelling with children, notice that with children spa is open very limited time. This hotel is perfect if you travel without children. ”

”The hotel is quiet and clean. Breakfast is plentiful. WIFI did not work in the room. I had to work in the hotel lobby.”

Molemmin puolin...

”Hotelli oli parempaa tasoa kuin huoneet. Sängyn patjat olivat huonot. Jouset tuntui läpi. Keittiössä oli niukka varustus. Ystävällinen henkilökunta ja siisti spa-alue, jossa pakollinen uimalakki.”

”Ett alldeles utmärkt läge i Canillo. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Fin restaurang med prisvärda menyer.”

”Ewerything is fantastic. We absoluthly come back next time”

”The whole staff was really nice. The hotel was in a good location. I would have spent a lot of time in the swimming pool if it had been summer time.”

”Mukava ja toimiva hotelli hyvällä asiakaspalvelulla. Sijainti hiukan kauempana vanhasta kaupungista, mutta lähellä Caldea-kylpylää. Auton sai hyvin pysäköityä.”

”Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. The Wi-Fi was extremely poor. It appeared connected, but either did not work at all or worked for a minute before showing "connected, no internet access." When I raised the issue at reception, the staff simply rolled their eyes and implied that I didn't know how to use it. There were also maintenance issues in the room. The bathroom door lock did not work, and the bathroom radiator/heater was not functioning either. Parking is available only for...

”We upgraded our room for 10 euros and got a view from the street side and also a king-size bed. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming! Good location and really big room. Shower/bathroom was also big. Breakfast was good and quite a lot to choose from. Definitely would come back here again with more time.”
