”first room we were put in we had to immediately be taken out of and put into another room because of how dirty and miskept it was. there were huge dead worms on the floor. the new room was not much better- no vent in the bathroom and rather than cover the hole in the ceiling there was just a huge hole and spiders and bugs came thru throughout our stay. i would never stay here again. not to mention i’m still to get my security deposit back from my stay.”

”Room was clean and bed comfortable. The place looked fresh, appeared recently redone. Heads up: a damage deposit of $50 in cash is required, credit card not accepted for damage deposit. So, if you don’t have $50 in cash, you will not be able to rent a room. And, when you check out, you have to wait while the manager goes to the room and makes sure there is no damage. ”

”This hotel was half empty and they gave us a room with the view to the brick wall, even we stayed there for three nights. The bed was good. Next time when visiting Newport News, I'll take my business elsewhere. ”

”Very good breakfast with lots of options. Dog friendly and rooms were clean. Ample parking and places to walk dog. Restaurants were close by and freeway was close. ”
