”Our room has several random questionable spots on the curtian, wall in the bathroom, the bathtub was not clean at all with sand in it. we had to clean it ourselves before showering. The sick would not drain properly which I told the front desk lady about. We didnt know about the shower til later. The breakfest is not what we usually have gotten at other Hampton inns. ”There were multiple stains in the room’s floor, mold in the corner of the bathtub, no soap or tissues in the bathroom (I was able to ask for soap and they gave me 2 bars) and it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. While it didn’t smell like someone had directly smoked in the room, I could smell it in the room. I asked if the room beside mine (I was in 111) was a smoking room and was told yes. Must be coming in through the vents. Had to ask for WiFi and was given a code, and checkout was...

”Charming and tastefully decorated, immaculate. Room spacious enough. Desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Continental breakfast was basic but nice (great coffee, toast, bananas, pop tarts). Only two relatively minor issues. Water pressure in our room wasn’t great, and the window unit that provided heat was very noisy. Would definitely stay again!”

”Parking spots were little tight and I have a smaller vehicle. I arrived 15 minutes earlier than the 3 p.m. check in and was told the room would not be ready for another hour to an hour and a half. They did swap us out to a smaller room that was clean and ready. We didn't want to wait for our room because we had an engagement that evening and wanted to freshen up and change prior to it after driving for several hours. Beyond that staff was extremely nice and helpful. ”
