”Shower heads were great! fast hot water, good volume of water, beds and pillows were firm to my liking, not worn out and soft. Desk space for laptop + extra monitor were ample. All the outlets and lights worked. Gym was great, nothing out of service. staff was friendly and very welcoming. breakfast was phenomenal. i hope they serve those cinnamon rolls forever because they are one of a kind. 24/7 coffee machine Fast Wifi is always a plus too”

”Pool was amazing”

”Muy cómodo el lugar, muy limpio y privado”

”Room was extremely clean and bed was comfy.”

”This hotel was half empty and they gave us a room with the view to the brick wall, even we stayed there for three nights. The bed was good. Next time when visiting Newport News, I'll take my business elsewhere. ”

”The property was immaculate and staff were very friendly and helpful! We were down for Hampton’s Homecoming and the price was very reasonable considering the events for the weekend. I would definitely recommend this location & rebook for my next visit.”

”Jim, the staff member who checked us in was extremely kind and competent. We had some issues with our reservations because of some problems with Expedia and he fixed it right away. Great guy.”

”This is a unique property which needs some TLC. With all the surrounding competition they need to be on top of their game. We stayed 4 nights without having the room cleaned once.”

”It was fine. They only had half a roll of toilet paper, which was kinda weird that it wasn't a whole roll. The girl that was supposed to check me out this morning wouldn't get off her cellphone or even look up. Just said " Have a good day" While still looking at her phone. To the point where I was actually thrown off by the audacity of her attitude”
