”My husband and I typically lodge at this property when we’re in the area. It’s located near the airport, eateries of all kinds (Olive Garden is just a few steps away from the hotel.), shopping centers, and I-64 (towards Richmond and Virginia Beach, either direction). We always feel safe on the property and in our room. Breakfast is continental and nothing to rave about. Parking can be a hassle, especially in the evenings and on weekends. ”The facilites are extremely outdated and you are met with a cigarette smell upon entry into the facility. I saw a live roach on the floor I was booked for. the carpet in my room was torn, the shower needed caulking and there was mold on walls. the cigarette smell permeated into my room as well. I was just generally uncomfortable for a $300 2 night stay. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly and were the only upside to my stay.”

”Check in was good. Exercise room had several broken pieces of equipment. Fire alarm was set off at 545 by staff and no one knew what was going on. No shampoo or body wash in shower.”
