Customer service was bad. After charging me $50 to check in an hour early, the King bed room I booked over 2 weeks ago was 2 full sized beds. I called Hilton customer service and they agreed with me that the hotel should’ve corrected this. Too much to type but giving an attitude to a customer is the best way to lose a customer. There’s nothing more I can say but it was not a good experience.
