”This was my 1st time staying at Double Tree Hotel. What amazed me about this Hotel was that there was a bar, game room, pool table, indoor and outdoor pool, breakfast dining, coffee spot and you get a free warm cookie at the front counter. The only downside and I completely understand because it only takes one person to ruin something for everyone, was the fact you had to share a microwave with everyone on your floor. ”The room we were given had a smoke smell but we we soon given another room that was fine. Everything worked well. Breakfast ok -- except for the all-too-common plastic cutlery and plates -- not ecological. ”

”Room 240 could’ve been cleaner. I wipe down myself. The bathroom floor was not clean, the tub was not or could’ve been cleaner better. The pillows were flat. This location needs an upgrade! The staff were friendly.”

”Very good breakfast, nice staff, quiet and clean hotel. The only problem was that the pillowcases hadn't been washed (they smelled like dirty hair, and the bedspread smelled like dirty armpits). It was very late, and I didn't have much time to sleep, so I couldn't say anything about it. I recommend the hotel 100%, but I would definitely recommend asking for fresh covers and sheets as soon as you check in; that's what I'll do next time.”

It had a separate living room, door to the bedroom, an electronic system to indicate if housekeeping was needed (first time I’ve seen this and it was so helpful), a refrigerator with small freezer. The restaurant and bar were very convenient. The indoor was a wonderful way to relax after a busy day.”
