No hot water in the bathroom, a refrigerator that wasn’t cold. Putting a desk chair on rollers on a tile floor was a recipe for disaster as it slid out from under me and I fell. ”Check in was good. Exercise room had several broken pieces of equipment. Fire alarm was set off at 545 by staff and no one knew what was going on. No shampoo or body wash in shower.”

”AC was great and actually turned it to heat as the evening was chilly. Everything was clean and tidy. Beds very comfortable and good shower !!”

”The facilites are extremely outdated and you are met with a cigarette smell upon entry into the facility. I saw a live roach on the floor I was booked for. the carpet in my room was torn, the shower needed caulking and there was mold on walls. the cigarette smell permeated into my room as well. I was just generally uncomfortable for a $300 2 night stay. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly and were the only upside to my stay.”

”This will be our last stay at a Days Inn property. The facility is run down and poorly maintained. When closed and locked, you could see daylight around the entrance door. Immediately after check-in, we had to go back to the office because the lock on the door was apparently stuck and wouldn't lock when we tried to go to dinner. We had our granddaughter with us and when we unfolded the sofa sleeper for her, the mattress was so stained it was disgusting and we would not allow her to sleep on...
