”Staff was FANTASTIC!! Can’t say enough about how warm and friendly and hard working at least the staff I interacted with were . The resort is lovely if you aren’t looking for an extravagant amount of things to do and to just relax. They do however have excursions for additional fees. If you are looking to just lay on a beach, this is not the resort for you. The view is beautiful from a beachfront room however, you can’t go and walk on to it and lay nor go into the water. ”Stayed at Keyonna Beach for a week in August with my husband. It was utterly relaxing and excellent. It's low-key and couples' oriented, so if you're expecting a large resort with lots of activities, this is not your place. However, if you're looking for great and attentive service and total zen&relaxation on a quiet beach in beautiful surroundings, this is definitely your place!”

”Staff was helpful and warm, plenty love.The location and view marvelous,nice pool both bar personal Shania and Alecia were so loving and helpful made our stay comfortable.
The front desk ladies did a fantastic job in welcoming us and ensuring our stay was comfortable.The restaurant staff ensured meals and drinks were on time and great taste.
The hotel is booked for upgrade so improvement are on the way.”

”We loved our stay at Cocos. The hotel staff were lovely. The food menus changed each night and were all delicious. If you stay at cocos definitely be sure to book a couples massage and a dinner on the beach. We found both to be well worth it. Paddle boarding and kayaking were our favorite activities. And the beach bar had great lunch choices right by the beach.”
