Renting the entire Moondance property allows you total privacy within this gated homesite. All six bedrooms, five kitchens, pool, verandah, and hot tub at your disposal. Comfortable, spacious, and beautifully decorated Moondance has some of the best views and sunsets in Antigua. Property managers can connect you with party planners, chefs, and masseuses.

The Villa has an extensive indoor/outdoor living space with a shaded verandah, sunny pool deck with a shaded bar area and table. This luxury Villa has a well appointed kitchen, living room, and library which could be a remote office. Every building can have a private door code. Housekeeping is performed daily so that you come home to a peaceful haven.

Located next to the 2 bedroom Villa is Neptune, our studio apartment, complete with a King bed and Queen sleeper sofa. The king bed may be separated into twin beds. Neptune boasts an efficiency kitchen, amazing views from the balcony, a separate bathroom, and large wardrobe. With its 2 private entrances and close proximity, Neptune can also be called the 3rd bedroom of the Villa.

Stone steps from the center of the property's elevation lead to 3 self-contained guest cottages which are part of an Entire Property rental. From its spacious patio, charming K’ai Etoile offers arresting scenes of the beach which is right in front of the balcony. Its delightfully decorated environs include an air-conditioned bedroom, living room with sleeper sofa for additional guests and fully-equipped kitchen.

Twinkle, our spacious studio cottage is set in the peaceful gardens of the Moondance property just a thirty seconds stroll away from a white sandy beach, nearby nature trails & excellent snorkeling at the mouth of English Harbour. Equipped with a kitchen and a patio overlooking Freeman's Bay. The cottage has air conditioning, TV, purified water, bluetooth speaker, WIFI, as well as a kitchen and a separate bathroom.

Soleil Cottage was formerly the owner’s private retreat. Beautifully decorated and fully equipped, you will want for nothing. There is a television, bluetooth speaker, free WIFI and en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is fully fitted and located separate to the bedroom. The balcony is spaciously designed to allow fine dining with guests while enjoying the amazing sunsets.

All bedrooms boast air conditioning and fans, TV's with a Fire Stick for your apps, free WIFI in all areas, purified water, beach chairs, umbrella, and AMAZING views! All guests have access to an ice maker, hot tub, grill and washing machine. There is another washer and dryer in the Villa as well. The Villa and 4 additional cottages were designed to be separated by elevation, gardens, and walkways and are arranged within the fenced and gated private property called Moondance Antigua.

From private chefs to spa treatments, we can suggest a variety of extras to
make your holiday special and utterly unforgettable. In fact, the only thing you may
have to worry about is how soon you can return to Moondance in Antigua.

17% Antigua Barbuda Sales Tax will be added to all bookings at checkout.
In addition, there is a Tourist Levy of $5 per night per traveler age 6 and above. This is collected upon arrival.

High Season rates with required 17% tax added are listed below.
Peak period rates are 20% higher than High Season rates.
Low Season rates are 20% below High Season rates.
Minimum stay for the Villa is 7 nights all year.
Minimum 3 night stay for the Studio/Cottages and 5 nights min. during Peak periods.

Moondance Villa 2 Bedroom option is available as a solo unit or as part of a group comprising any of the following: Twinkle ( HA-4256921), Soleil Cottage (HA-4460727), Neptune Studio (HA-4257454) and K'ai Etoile Cottage (HA-455625) as they are all located on the same fenced and gated property.
