”The bathrooms in common areas were not cleaned, the hotel ran out of beach and pool towels in the middle of the day, there were cups and dirty plates left by guests that were not picked up and staff were a hit or miss. ”

Lunch options were very limited. And food took a long time. We stayed 3 nights and could not get a reservation at the pizza restaurant because they had no room for the group of 7 of us on any night which was ridiculous. ”Room was amazing as were staff”

”This is absolutely one of the worst places to vacation in Antigua, after staying in many other resorts in Antigua, this is by far the worst. The staff is very unprofessional and unfriendly. The food is the worst I have ever seen. We literally went out to dinner every night after the first night, even though it’s supposed to be an all inclusive. It was so bad. Their very limited dinner menu has mostly pork and if you want to eat lobster or steak it’s an extra charge. My wife ordered the steak and...

”We were told we were upgraded to a villa. The villa was located at the opposite end of the property far away from the center of the resort where all restaurants and activities were. The villa was not clean when we got there. The shower curtain was in the sink, the floors and the kitchen were dirty and there were no comforters on the bed. The staff at the front desk were rude (specifically the evening shift). They were not accommodating at all. I would not recommend this resort to anyone. ”

”We had the Best room !! Facing the ocean and right over teh beach area. ALL areas of teh resort were very well maintained and cared for. Staff was Very friendly and super nice and the food was delicious. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a relaxing getaway !! We Loved it so much that we've already booked again for next year !!”

”Great all around”

”This hotel was amazing. Nestled on a hill between two beaches, the setting and views are stunning. We decided to spend all of our time here as we needed to recharge and it was pure paradise. We spend the early day at Jolly Harbour beach and watched the sunset every day at Valley Church beach. The food was amazing. The staff were lovely. They were quick to respond with anything we needed. George was super friendly and helped us on several occasions. Highly recommend this little Paradise. ”

”Service needs attention. We had multiple issues during our stay in terms of service. Hotel is understaffed. There is no urgency in addressing requests. We have stayed is 5 star hotels around the world and this hotel is severely lacking in service. The price we paid does not match the experience we had. The beach is beautiful and we loved our beach attendant Daniel who went above and beyond. Chef at wild tamarind is great and food was flavorful. They ran out of towels on the beach, no trash can...

”Stayed at Keyonna Beach for a week in August with my husband. It was utterly relaxing and excellent. It's low-key and couples' oriented, so if you're expecting a large resort with lots of activities, this is not your place. However, if you're looking for great and attentive service and total zen&relaxation on a quiet beach in beautiful surroundings, this is definitely your place!”

”I had booked a seaview room and got exactly what I wanted, a million dollar view from my decent sized balcony where I enjoyed breakfast every morning. The beach is excellent and two good restaurants next to the resort. A super small supermarket on site. All units are different (having different owners and reflecting their taste). I enjoyed the Caribbean colors and decorations of my unit. A bit dated but you also get what you pay for.”

”Truly on the beach. Deckchairs and fresh beach towels any time. Salt plage restaurant does excellent breakfast and dinner and drinks on the beach. Friendly staff. Rooms are functional, comfortable and clean. We had a kitchenette and living room which we worked well for us.”
