”Stayed at Keyonna Beach for a week in August with my husband. It was utterly relaxing and excellent. It's low-key and couples' oriented, so if you're expecting a large resort with lots of activities, this is not your place. However, if you're looking for great and attentive service and total zen&relaxation on a quiet beach in beautiful surroundings, this is definitely your place!”

”Perfect stay, the room was amazing, stepped straight out onto the beach and fabulous sunsets. Bar had anything you wanted and staff were extremely helpful. Restaurant served wonderful food, for breakfast and lunch, shame it didn’t open in the evening. ”

”Staff was FANTASTIC!! Can’t say enough about how warm and friendly and hard working at least the staff I interacted with were . The resort is lovely if you aren’t looking for an extravagant amount of things to do and to just relax. They do however have excursions for additional fees. If you are looking to just lay on a beach, this is not the resort for you. The view is beautiful from a beachfront room however, you can’t go and walk on to it and lay nor go into the water. ”Clean room and courteous staff”

”Had to change rooms which took 2 days to arrange as the first room I would rate as 1* with very outdated amenities and bathroom not fit for use. Changed room was slightly better, but wouldn’t return to this resort.”

”Annie was truly the soul of the place. She greeted us cheerfully every time we met and made sure we were well looked after. The view from the main terrace, pool area, and our cottage was spectacular – directly facing the English Harbour. While the premises could benefit from a little uplift, the rustic style added a cosy and authentic charm.”

”My ocean view cottage was perfect. I was able to enjoy the sunrise every morning for my 1 week stay. The staff was very attentive to my needs from housekeeping to the restaurant staff. I can’t wait to return.”

”Not so good for large groups.. went for a bday celebration with lots of people. Food is a bit sub par. No drink service at pool or beach. You get your own drinks. People/staff are nice. Beach is absolutely beautiful. Like. So. Beautiful….”

”Overall really enjoyed our 7 night stay. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Rooms were clean and well maintained, plunge pool was the center piece and did not disappoint. The shower heads were awful with no water pressure. Dining options are extremely limited but that the trade off when you go ultra private like this resort. Our trip was during shoulder season so most everything was minimally maintained, wasn’t an issue for us.”

”Beautiful beach but worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Bedroom like a prison cell. Rude and unhelpful reception staff. Overworked bar and restaurant staff, long queues for drinks and food. No water or power for 12 hours. Unhelpful manager. We couldn’t get out quickly enough. We checked out before 6:00am to get a decent breakfast at a different hotel. No power when we checked out. Do not recommend.”

”Everything was great including customer service everywhere but rooms don’t get clean daily. Food was delicious at all restaurants except at Rasta beach grill.”

”A great inn set within a historical location. Great amenities, restaurants and pool with boat service to all these and the nearby Galleon Beach. Loft room was spectacular with an amazing view of the harbor. Staff was so friendly and helpful. We can not wait to come back.”

”Old, shabby, in the middle of a building site, only 1 light in any room. all ceiling vans not working. TV not working. Had to ask for a room key as one was not provided at check-in.”

”Nice beach and private island. Bathrooms and some common areas in need of renovation - it took several minutes to get hot water in the shower. The main restaurant serves nice food, Shirlene is an amazing waitress!”
