Lähellä kohteita Deep Bay Beach ja St. John's Harbour sijaitseva Jolly Beach Antigua - All-inclusive tarjoaa erilaisia palveluita/mukavuuksia, joihin kuuluu muun muassa uima-allasbaari, allasbaari ja terassi. Nyt on aika palvoa aurinkoa! Tämä majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkaille rannan, rantaravintolan ja aurinkotuoleja. Island Spa on paikan päällä sijaitseva kylpylä, jossa voit nauttia käsi-/jalkahoidoista, hieronnasta tai vartalohoidosta. Paikan päältä löytyy 3 ravintolaa, joiden erikoisuuksiin kuuluu italialainen keittiö ja joissa on tarjolla aamiainen, lounas, illallinen ja kevyitä aterioita. Käytössäsi on kuntosali sekä sellaisia aktiviteetteja kuten rantalentopallo, koripallo ja kajakkimelonta. Asiakkaiden käytössä on ilmainen Wi-Fi yleisissä tiloissa. We didn’t have AC the entire week , after going to the front desk they never fixed it. The pool bar closes way too early and no fun entertainment. Evening a singer came each night . The staff was very rude they hate their jobs with the exception of 2 .

On the plus side the beach and pool area are beautiful. The drinks are a good poor and we could always find something to eat that we liked. Where this resort fails is in the rooms and buildings. I get that the resort is very old and is in the process of updating. That being said our room was nor very clean and badly needed to be updated. This is definitely a 3 star resort and just my opinion.

The night we arrived the electricity and water were out. The bathroom was very dirty. The property hasn’t been updated for years. It is a shame the outside seating and beach area is gorgeous. It is a shame the owners never kept maintaining the rooms.

Good hotel. Friendly staff. Expected more. Checked in late around 8pm. Surprised I did not get a welcome drink. Room was small. 5 mosquito laying on the bed and more flying around. Killed the mosquitos. Left the room to eat at the buffet. Came back into the room and kill more mosquitos for the next hour before going to bed. Housekeeping needs to spray the room after cleaning the rooms and before the next guests arrive. 3 restaurants. Buffet (Breakfast, lunch and dinner), grill by the beach (only for lunch) and Italian restaurant (Dinner only. Need reservation. Reservations are taken in the morning starting at 7:30am). Food at all three restaurant were O.K. Did enjoy the curry chicken and goat. Very happy that there was lunch/dinner food (curry meat or fish) at breakfast. I am not a breakfast food person. Wasn't impressed by the Italian restaurant except the steak (beef). I do not drink but since I was on vacation I did partake. Drinks were water down. Never got a buzz and neither did my partner. Beautiful beach!! Noticed the guests like to claim their lounge chairs in the morning then go eat breakfast or whatever. Loved the fact that a worker collected "claim towels". I hate when guests claim a lounge chair. Most times they claim it but then don't actually be there for hours. 2 resort cats (heard it was 3). One got comfortable on my boyfriend's lap on night as we were just hanging out. The other one went on a walk with us around the resort and beach

Rooms are clean but showing their age. The environment outside the rooms were also clean & appeared well maintained. Staff for the most part appeared to be there just to do a job. Two exceptions were Judith at the hostess stand in the mornings at the Palms restaurant, she was always pleasant & greeted you with a smile & Neal at the Long Bar who made the effort to get to know you & always had a friendly, fun attitude. The poor gals who work at the poolside grill looked miserable every time we were there. The long lines for food & drinks during the day were frustrating especially when minimal shade was available. Food was fine with the buffet emphasizing local food, which I appreciated. The sign up for the Pizza restaurant was ridiculous with people having to be in line by 0630 to get a reservation for that night. Coffee is also not available in rooms so another line to wait in to start the day. The beach was amazing and there were always adequate chairs at both the beach & pools. We did enjoy our stay as we read the reviews before hand & knew what to expect. Overall an average resort, food & staff with amazing beaches.

The hotel rooms are very old and there isn't a dresser, but shelves in the closet. The bathroom was poorly lit and always warm due to an open/screened window. Food was OK, nothing special, but edible. The staff are amazing here, with the exception of the front desk staff, who were rude and acted like you were bothering them if you needed anything. A pipe broke above our room and we had to move to another room at 2:30 a.m. and then get our stuff moved out by 8:00 a.m. No help with moving our things or even an apology or anything for the inconvenience. The beach here is gorgeous!

Repetitive power outages throughout our stay. Under-staffed. Long, slow lines at bars. Poor AC in our building. Room was run down. Construction right next to our building. Wi-Fi not good. Beautiful beach, nice pool (cold water though) and decent food and drinks. Entertainment was good.

We loved our 10 day stay at Jolly Beach Resort. The staff are friendly and helpful. The beach is excellent. So peaceful and relaxing. We had a variety of food options and the drinks were great. This was our second visit to Jolly Beach Resort. We will return here

This is the absolute worst hotel ever. I would not suggest anyone stay here. If you are looking for a place that is run down, and the staff are very rude, this is your place. Our room was filthy, with bugs everywhere and sand all over the place. The TV did not work, the AC did not work. The food at the buffet is hardly edible. We complained to the front desk, and they acted like somehow the rrom being dirty was not their fault and the AC not working was out of their control, nothing they could do about it. We ended up leaving after being at the property for maybe 4 hours total. Please do your research first. This is an absolutely horrible place to stay, and i highly recommend going somewhere else. Be warned

Antigua resorts are expensive but this resort is reasonably priced. Is it a 5 Star hotel, no, but you can have a really great time here. The staff was always friendly. The food was good, accommodations were good and the beach is GORGEOUS. The pools are also very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was small and dated, but we expected that when booking. We came for the sun and sand. The bed was comfortable and clean. The buffet was good, but sometimes we did have to wait for it be restocked. The check in process was simple and the ladies were friendly. We did stand in line for food and drinks but if you hit it at the right time it wasn't too long. Our a/c didn't work and the third floor room we stayed in was very hot at night. Our shower always had hot water and pressure but after talking to a few other guests that didn't seem to be consistent with other rooms. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but we had low expectations from the start. It is a 3 star resort afterall.

Our power went off and the air conditioning didn’t work very well. We requested a refrigerator because I had medicine that requires refrigeration. It took them two days. I had to keep it on ice in the meantime. The receptionist that checked us in was very rude, I didn’t appreciate that. I am on vacation. The rooms were very old and nothing worked. The tv was even fuzzy, like an old antenna. I am requesting a credit for this $4000 trip. At least something for all the hassle.

Lost power five times in 11days. Virtually no menu changes from day to day or week to week. Rooms are tiny with no drawers to allow for unpacking, but we were aware of that prior to going. Bars were under staffed and extremely slow. Now the upside. There are some good dinner spots options in the harbor and more coming. The beach is fantastic although the chairs are old. In summation, they say you get what you pay for, I guess I expect too much, like electricity, food choices and reasonable service.

The staff was amazing especially Allie at the tour desk. The beach is perfect. Pool was clean, big and always fun with music. Drinks and food were great. Best bargain in all of Antigua! So happy we discovered it.
