”I liked so many things about Curtain Bluff. The beach area is beautiful and all of the activities are within easy reach. The food was diverse and delicious. A new dinner menu every evening with wonderful choices. Everybody was extremely friends, including the people who were also vacationing there. I loved the open-ness of the public areas, so it was cool and comfortable without being air conditioned. It was a great spot to relax or keep busy.”

It's low-key and couples' oriented, so if you're expecting a large resort with lots of activities, this is not your place. ”The property is amazingly beautiful. It is rustic and not for anyone with mobility challenges but the views in every direction are breathtaking. We had an opportunity to stay in a bay-view pool cottage for the first half of the trip and a sunset-view pool cottage for the second half. Both views were great, but we slightly preferred the bay view just because the view had more character. Both cottages were rustic but very well done. The double outdoor show was so amazing! We just got back...

”Unique historic building restored as a hotel with period decor. Really charming, great location. No pool or beach, but a water taxi can take you to a beach 5 mins away. The best part is how wonderful, welcoming, and helpful the staff was - including the 3 ladies who sang Happy Birthday to my husband at breakfast.”

”The inside of the condo is fine / recently updated and staff very friendly and helpful. BUT the condo had not been cleaned properly - previous guest's toothbrush and other items were still in bathroom. The outside is just UGLY and the condo is WAY TOO FAR from the beach. Have to drive at least 5 mins to any amenities and the beach. Jolly Harbour is OK...but would not recommend staying there if you are not needing harbor access ”

”The beach is gorgeous and the staff are fantastic. Good selection of non-motorised water sports, bed is comfy and the free minibar (soft drinks only) is a nice touch. Only reasons for 4 not 5 star rating was that I thought the on site restaurants were a little over priced for the food as were the drinks, and shower gels etc we’re not replenished (minor touch I appreciate). ”

”I had booked a seaview room and got exactly what I wanted, a million dollar view from my decent sized balcony where I enjoyed breakfast every morning. The beach is excellent and two good restaurants next to the resort. A super small supermarket on site. All units are different (having different owners and reflecting their taste). I enjoyed the Caribbean colors and decorations of my unit. A bit dated but you also get what you pay for.”
