”Our room 172 was clean, spacious and included an en-suite walk in shower. Breakfast included English style cooked , yogurt & berries, cereals, fruits, toast with all jams, marmite and honey. mini pastries were also available. We ate in the dining room and from the bar menus. Staff were very professional, kind and gave service with a smile. To note Mel from the Spa was fantastic, we had x2 full hour treatments each ”

”It was great, we were very happy with the room. However I had a bit of a ladys emergency during our stay. I checked all the rest rooms to see if you had a machine to buy sanitary products, there were none available. I plucked up the courage to ask the lady on reception, she explained that they had sanitary products in the establishment, but they were for staff only, I was pretty desperate by this point and being a women herself I thought she would have understood how desperate I was.
