”The hotel seems much better than just 3 stars. The staff is friendly, the rooms clean and comfortable. We had a 4 person room, that had a double bed and a sofa bed. The description promised single beds instead of a sofa bed, so that was bit of disappointing, but the sofa bed was quite comfortable so it was ok in the end. ”Great property in the middle of Siena. Room was beautiful, great shower, comfortable bed and we were on the top floor so a beautiful view. Great staff, Sara and Adele were very welcoming and super helpful. No elevators and a steep stairwell (fine for us but just be prepared to climb stairs). Would definitely stay again. ”

”I stayed at this hotel for one night during my visit to Italy with my friend. This hotel was excellent, 10/10! A special thank you goes to the lovely lady at the reception, Amina. She made plenty of calls to reserve a wine tasting experience and an opera show for us and gave us advice on how to get around town. The customer service at this hotel is exceptionally great! The only small minus I have to give to the breakfast room - between 8:30 - 9:30 it was grouded and customers had to queue too long for coffee. The personnel was busy to clean up tables and my breakfast was twice cleaned away while I was queing coffee. What a waste.”
