”This was budget accommodation and was adequate for sleeping and relaxing. The room was clean. Hot water took ages to arrive after turning on. The bathroom sink had a crack although did not leak. The front door lock was stiff and sometimes the door bolt would get stuck inside the faceplate - it had to be banged to get it to release.”

Its the little things that could be improved on like dusting skirting boards and making sure there is enough coffee and milk for the occupants for the duration of their stay”
