”Don’t be fooled by your first impression pulling into condo complex! This cozy place is around the back of the building a nice quiet little neighborhood on its own. The place is very clean and comfortable. It is ready for a family vacation. Only 2 miles from the airport. Very convenient. I would definitely recommend it. ”

”We had a lovely stay and always enjoy the Suncadia & Roslyn area! The only thing that would have been helpful to know in advance would be about not turning the A/C below 75 degrees. It was close to 100 degrees this weekend so the unit was pretty toasty! ”

”The mountainous view from the chalet decks just can’t be beat! My only complaint is where they chose to park RVs for summertime help. none the less, it’s easy to tune out the rigs if you stay in an upper chalet. Fully equipped. Our unit also had a heated bathroom floor which was a bonus. Self check in work well and the on-site manager was additionally very helpful. Suite was within an Older building with a slight stale smell that dissipated once the room was aired out. Better stale air...

”We stayed at this home for a family wedding over the weekend. The house location was perfect for the rehearsal dinner in Tacoma and wedding in Puyallup. The house is very comfortable and had ample living space for 6 adults. The main bathroom has a tub shower. Older adults could have trouble getting in and out of the tub based on the height of the tub. Would suggest adding a grab bar. Only other issue was the train tracks are very close to the house so depending on where you are in the...

”Great location to downtown and attractions in Federal Way. The host was very responsive. The condo was a bit worn down compared to how the pictures showed online. Only disappointment was that there were several stains on the carpets in the bedrooms leaving it feeling not quite as clean as we would've liked. Overall, good value property.”

”I stayed at this condo with my family and we were all very pleased! The property is stocked with the essentials (washer/dryer with soap, coffee maker, hair dryer, tv etc) and is really functional for a family of 4. Right outside the back deck (shaded in the afternoon!) is a beautiful green space with shared fire pit, putting green, and lounge area. The Suncadia Lodge is right across the street which we loved. It was very quiet for a ground floor condo. We had some trouble accessing the condo...

”Very comfortable accommodation at Suncadia for a wedding we attended. While we were initially disappointed that the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance there are plenty of activities to keep us occupied. Great getaway.”
