”To be honest guys, we never stayed at this place. We were going to and had a change of plans. I would like you to know that Matt is a heck of a guy. We cancelled last minute. Our refund got denied through our insurance we bought. I contacted Matt, shortly after contacting him he stated that he understood and would refund us the full amount. Not many people do such things in today’s world. Thank you to Matt and his team. ”

”We checked in for 3 night stay on 2/13/26. The place was very dirty to point that we decided to leave immediately for another place. Didn't even feel comfortable staying 1 night. Hair in the shower and around the toilet, stains on the couch and bed, moldy shower liner. There was just 1 sheet and 1 blanket on the bed, not even a sheet set or mattress pad. Contacted the owner right away who initially agreed to a 50% refund, then went silent. No refund received. Stay away from this place.”

The reservation and check-in process was easy and smooth and it was quite easy to communicate with the owners, e.g., when we asked for a late checkout (thank you for honoring our request!). It was just right for our family of 4 and a perfect location for our day trips to Seattle and Olympic park. Very comfortable beds. Thank you for the perfect stay!”
