”The place is very quaint but a bit tight for our group. For example, you could not open the basement door and the back door at the same time. This made unpacking and reloading a challenge. ”I really enjoyed my stay. I just didn’t agree with us being put out due to the Parking situation when it was no other complaint. We are very reserved as a family.We knew the rules however this was very frustrating. I am the Birthday girl of the party. And we had a funeral the same day that we attended. But no complaint otherwise great experience. Owner was very pleasant and chill thank you for helping me overall celebrate my 30th in your home and the quick gathering after the funeral. 9/10...

”This place was great for 9 adults and 5 children 3 through 10 years old. Comfortable sleeping areas for all. There were 2 large lounging areas that the children who would wake up early could watch TV in a cozy environment. There was a pleasant playground around the corner for kids to release their energy. There were extra lightweight chairs in the garage to add to the existing large tables as needed. This home was large enough that everyone had space. It met all our needs!”

”This was the perfect place for our family of 6 to spend a long baseball weekend. We were close to the ball fields my grandson was playing on. Lockport is a cute little town. We felt safe in this location. We commuted about 45 min to downtown Chicago to visit several tourist attractions. The house has a full kitchen, nice dining room and living room. Everything in the house was clean and in good shape. We definitely will be staying here again for future tournaments or Chicago visits!”

”Family members traveled from Northern Wisconsin and Western Pennsylvania to join in on the celebration of another family member's 45 years of teaching/retirement observance in nearby Yorkville. Three generations stayed comfortably in the spacious home. ”Great location and experience for our Chicago family get together. We defintely like to keep this property and host on short list for next visit.House was very well stocked, appliances and ameneties were very new and location was fantastic. ”Loved the house and cute decor. We travelled to attend a wedding at the revelry and this was perfect and close to the venue. Outside of house looks small but really has a lot of space inside with the finished basement area. We had 14 people and it worked well. The only thing I would note is that they did not have top sheets for the beds and we would have been short linens for the extra mattress but luckily we brought our own and extra linens so we were fine. They provided plenty of towels...
