Ideal chalet for families

Welcome to this cozy chalet in the Veluwe, an ideal place for families of up to five people to enjoy peace and nature. The chalet is also a wonderful spot to spend a delightful period in the Veluwe.

The chalet invites you with a snug living room, complete with a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV for cozy evenings together. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave so you can prepare meals yourself.

With three bedrooms, including one with a double bed, one with a single bed and one with bunk beds, our chalet offers plenty of space and comfort for your stay. The bunk bed is suitable for kids, a maximum of four adults can stay at the chalet. A separate bathroom and toilet ensure privacy and convenience.

Enjoy the spacious garden, complete with comfortable patio furniture, where you can relax and experience the nature around you.

The chalet is located in the quiet park `De Veldkamp,` surrounded by cozy cottages and gardens. For younger guests, there is a secluded playground with new play equipment and a trampoline, while parents can unwind on the terrace of the nearby Boshuis. The park also offers bike rentals to explore the beautiful Veluwe forests, including the option to reserve electric bikes for added comfort.

In the vicinity, there are numerous activities for a family vacation, such as Kievitsveld recreation lake, Het Aardhuis wildlife park, Queen Juliana Tower Family Amusement Park, and De Apenheul primate park. For water enthusiasts, the subtropical swimming paradise in Deventer and the Dolfinarium are good options, while adventurers can enjoy Walibi World and water sports at Kievitsveld Emst recreation lake.

Culture enthusiasts can explore Paleis Het Loo, the Kröller-Müller Museum, the historic city center of Elburg, Cannenburgh Castle, and the Anton Pieck Museum. For relaxation, there are wellness resorts like Veluwse Bron and Thermen Bussloo.

From the park, you can walk or cycle directly into the Veluwe. There are endless opportunities for excursions. Cycling tours along the IJssel towards Deventer, Zwolle, Hattem, etc., come highly recommended. Visiting the Hanseatic cities of Elburg, Hattem, and Harderwijk is also a must. Additionally, the charming village of Epe is only 3.5 km from the park. You won`t be bored for a moment here.

Traveling by car? Finding the park is easy—just drive past the pancake restaurant De Veldkamp and enter the park at H15. If you`re using public transport, we recommend taking the train to `t Harde and then a bus to Epe, followed by a half-hour walk.
