”John is the best host in Hampton. He provides clean modern rooms at a fair price right across from the beach and leaves you alone. Of course you need to be respectful of the property, that should go without saying of course. Some people they don’t understand that concept but barring that, it’s a peaceful place for you to go and enjoy your vacation at a reasonable price and it’s right across from the beach. I love the seagull inn…bigly. ”

”When we entered there was a handwritten thank you note and a cute little pancake syrup/mix gift. This place was great for our family of 5. More than enough room. I loved the decor and sitting out on the deck was great. It was immaculate. For a mulit-unit home it was surprisingly quiet. The AC was in the main part of the open concept kitchen/living room. There weren't ACs in the 2 bedrooms but I imagine the main unit would cool down the whole place if need be. We happened to have 2 cool summer...
