”My room didn't have any soap or shampoo, and when I went to ask the front desk for some, I was told they had run out the previous day. How that even happens is astonishing, and is a sign of poor management to me. There was mild damage in the bathroom, and one of the lamps had a bad bulb. The walls are also paper thin, and you can hear whatever is happening in the rooms next to you.”

”Fantastic place to stay. We selected Watford City and the Roosevelt as a central base of operation while on sales calls. We have officially declared it our N.D. office. Wonderful staff, clean comfortable accommodations and convenient to restaurants and historic sites. You won't be disappointed.”

”The breakfast was not kept full, or fresh. Staff was very difficult to find for help. There were never any towels available in the pool area, and hard to find any staff to get anything needed for our room. When the staff was found they were friendly, but sometimes seemed frustrated when asked for anything.”

”Good hot breakfast and coffee available all day/night Staff friendly and helpful Gym could use some smaller weights had 5lb then 20lb and heavier The boot cleaning machines at the entrance were a great idea safely some guests did not use them and saw mud from elevator to breakfast room one morning”

”What's not to like? Large rooms, peaceful vibe, large fridge, great beds, wonderful shower, free soup at night.”

”The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was not ready at check-in . The room was fairly clean however one of the beds had dirty linens. We choose this property for the hot tub and breakfast. The hot tub was not working and there were barely any breakfast items!”

”The room was very clean, but the girl working the front deck doesn’t know anything about the rooms. My husband is in a wheelchair so I asked for a roll in shower. I get up to the room and it doesn’t have a roll in shower. I go back down and tell her and she had no idea if any of the rooms have a room in shower.”

”Our hotel room was very clean and fresh! The breakfast had pretty much everything a person could want to eat. The pool and hot tub were also clean and well maintained. We will stay again!”
