”The hotel was great. They’re under construction that’s understandable. That’s why I rated it a three and a four star just because of the construction and construction stuff laying all over but other than that the room was clean. The bathroom was clean. Everything else was good.”

”First room we were assigned stank of fish, second room was moldy, third room was fine. All of the bed Pillows were half the size of a normal pillow. The pleather upholstery was missing from the in room chair. Hallways and main areas were dirty. Staff was helpful in with the unacceptable room situation. Next trip we will stay in a different hotel. There were many other hotel options in the area and good restaurant options nearby.”

When we arrived and went to our room, we had been traveling all day and were exhausted, so we didn’t notice all the things that were awful in the room. ”Location itself needs major updating, bathroom was "clean" but certainly could be cleaner. The room was spacious for what was paid. Needed a Ice bending machine but none of the 2 in the property worked and it looked that they had not worked for a long time. Breakfast was included and it was what you would expect, decent. Parking on site was good. Staff was friendly.”

”There are no coffee pots in your room. I'm assuming owner... is not friendly at all. Customer service skills are horrible and not friendly. The only thing good about this place is there a place to rest your head. Spend a little bit more money and get a better hotel with better quality, cleanliness, and staff. All I ever see is one person here so I don't know what "staff" they're asking about. The rooms are disgusting. I literally had to wipe everything down myself and there was still filth...

”The listing said that breakfast was included, but there was nothing. The room smelled like a used litter box that hasn’t been cleaned out and it was a VERY strong horrible odor. There was black mold in the AC unit. Stains all over the carpet. There were no trash cans in the room nor bathroom to throw anything away. ”
