”The room was spotless and staff extremely courteous. The floors in the common areas —stone and carpets were very dirty, so a good shampoo or replacement of the carpeting is in order. The muck in the corners of the entranceway, hallways and bar was particularly problematic. The staff was amazing, as was the service and food!!”

”The nicest place to stay in! The service, the room, the comfiest bed, the perfect breakfast! Five minutes walk to the peaceful riverside where you can walk or half an hour with the train and you’re in the middle of hustle and bustle. And after a busy day in the city you can come back, have a nice dinner, maybe a pint and you’re already in your accommodation! ”

”Clean room. Nice and quiet. Very helpful and friendly reception staff. The property is an ex-Premier Inn by looks of it. A little dated and the repair work in room 12 on the bathroom tiles are a bit messy/shabby. But overall a comfortable and pleasant stay. Would recommend and stay again.”

”Good location, well connected. Check-in process was tedious because the payment machines did not work. The self check-in does not work if booking is made on 3rd party site or for international bookings. Also, there was issues with multiple keys in the room - apparently a problem with the key cutting device. Apart from these minor inconveniences, no issues. ”

”A quick last minute stop for family event: No room at family place so looked for reasonable overnight accommodation. Made very welcome by Charles, who gave me a quick tour and things I needed to know”

Hotelli on siisti ja henkilökunta on ystävällistä. Lisäksi ympärillä oleva kylä on kaunis ja on monipuolisia liikkumismahdollisuuksia. Suosittelemme lämpimästi. Joskin kaukana keskustasta, mutta autolla liikuttaessa ei ole ongelma. Myös historian havinnan voi havaita konkreettisesti. Kaiken lisäksi ruoka oli hyvää.”
