”The grounds are beautiful. Well maintained. There were multiple events outside on the lawn. Breakfast at Greenfinch (?) was good and filling. The wait staff were attentive. The day we were at the pool, the cafe was closed. If you go to the pool, go early. If you wait, there may not be any chairs. We had to rent a cabana. Definitely not worth the money. In the first cabana, the TV didn’t work. In the second cabana, the fan didn’t work. We were told maintenance would come to fix it. That...

”We enjoyed our stay here. We usually have complaints about hotels but I don't think we have a single one. Our kids loved the koi pond and feeding the fish in the mornings. The food was good and staff was friendly. Everything was clean. We enjoyed the cocktail hour. We did order from the restaurant one night and while the food was good, it was $30 for a very tiny portion of meat and some polenta. That was disappointing. The pool and hot tub were great and overall it was a very nice experience.”

”We had such a lovely stay at the Pantai Inn! Beautiful surroundings, right by the ocean, rooms were very clean and all our requests and wishes were met with professional attitude. The staff was very kind and helpful and everything seemed thought through. We loved the Bali theme. The room was big and cozy and clean. Only little minus for the cleanliness comes from not having super clean balcony (that being said, the hotel is right by the ocean and that itself brings some challenges). Would...

”Perfect location with a private beach and a wonderful swimming pool! We loved having our own fire pit on the beach, which was set up by the super friendly staff, watching the sunset and making s’mores and having great take-out food and pizza conveniently from the hotel. We’ll be back!”

”Sorry, but breakfast was a real disappointment. There was very little hot food for us to enjoy. I suppose the cost of food and the effort to prevent waste had let you to limit food available. It was dry. I had difficulty swallowing it. We decided not to eat breakfast at the hotel after that. We paid a lot to stay there. When I compare it to Hampton Inn breakfast, you really fell short. I just have to be honest.”

The room was clean and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed, quiet atmosphere, and a pleasant view.
