My advice is to park up first, sign in at the Hotel Reception and then collect a porters trolley for your luggage from the reception area. ”Fantastic communication from the outset. Easily found and right next door to The Mayflower public house so after a long journey there’s no further travelling to do to get an evening meal. Plenty of parking, very easy check in and an exceptional selection of produce supplied for breakfast next morning. Good heating system, great bed, powerful shower, all in all with all of the other attentions to detail a great stay, very highly recommended.”

”Place was thilthy not a triple room radiator hanging off the wall its house of multiple occupancy full of loud smack & crack head all shouting in the corrudor day & night cane back to mental health nusre banging like crazy said wanted the girl in our room who id atually seen & she said thats my room your in so then was worried about who had keys this place is nothing like advertised You shoukd not mix long term residents with issues with paying guests it was very frightening going out the room...

”Really friendly owners Hugh and Marian, very good company! They took us up to feed the horses and meet the other friendly animals. We stayed in a little independent suite which was warm and cosy. Extreme comfortably bed!! Wonderful breakfast. 10/10”

”We have stayed here many times and generally it’s been very good, however on this occasion things were not on song, our first night the room was very noisy as a function was taking place and loud disco music until 1am, please avoid room 106. I did voice my complaint and reception staff moved us to a different room much better nights sleep second night. Reference to room 106, bed not comfortable and very low, bathroom was cold towel rail not heating up and loo seat falls down as won’t stay up....
