”We enjoyed a fantastic dinner at Rye, located in Copperleaf. All the staff were very friendly, and our room was very clean and cozy with a fireplace. Great location and walkable to all the boutiques and restaurants/brewery.”

”This hotel looks nothing like the pictures. It is very run down and dirty. I booked for two nights, but after the first night, there was no way I was staying another night so I went to check out and cancel second night. They refused to give me a refund for the second night, even though it was before 11am. No water pressure in the shower, cold air draft coming right in through the door to the room, worn out bed, didn't look like the room has been cleaned in months, it was disgusting.”

”Booked this property on line because it advertised a hot tub. After a long day of travel we were looking forward to unwinding in the hot tub. Upon check in, it was determined the hot tub was unavailable. It was non refundable. Wish there was a way that amenities could be updated as advertised ”

”In fairness, they were undergoing maintenance during my stay. But my rankings were based on the property minus outside of the maintenance disruptions. The room had carpet stains. The walls were chips and scuffed. The furniture was worn and stained. The air conditioning was in poor working order. The smoke detector randomly beeped three different times in the night, waking me up. The bed was nice, clean and comfortable, I was well pleased. But that was the only element of the room that was good....

”On line check in was very convenient. Easy to get to and close to shopping and restaurants. It was under construction while we were there as they were updating rooms. Which the rooms did need updating. Room was clean and the salt water pool was very nice 👍”

”The room was filthy and outdated. First, thing I noticed was the stench when we walked in the building. I thought it was maybe someone's bad cooking they'd brought from home or perhaps the overflowing trash can in the breakfast area/lobby. We checked in though and went up to our room. The entire building reeked of God knows what. When we got into our room the smell was overwhelming and I started getting a headache. First thing that I noticed were the pencil marks and holes in the wall where a...

”So much broken and not working. No rolling cart for luggage. Very disappointed. 1 person working at the drink area for all. Had to walk away. And finally the food is not worth it. Too bad. It could vibe really great. ”

But my stuff was already unpacked. Also the whole unit cover on the heater/cooling unit kept falling off. I finally got it to stay. Wasn’t too happy about these things. But I slept well and place was clean. I had my phone to watch Netflix ”
