”This is an exceptional property, with extensive amenities, an attentive and cheerful staff. It is beautiful and in a very convenient location, with great access to both Mattancherry and Fort Kochi. When we arrived we found the hotel to be very well staffed. Even though we were too early to check in, there was a flood of activity to welcome and accommodate us. ”Relaxing experience at the Trident hotel, that had a nice pool on inner garden. Atmosphere was calm, rooms nicely arranged and the larger room really nice for the children to play. The service was not the best in the restaurants - both slow and non-existant at times but that did not too much harm the overall experience of the hotel.”

Den Bereich am Ufer belegt das Restaurant, das eine exzellente Qualität sowohl bei europäischen, wie bei indischen Speisen serviert. Zudem sitzt man so schön, wie vermutlich bei keinem anderen Hotelrestaurant in Fort Kochi. Wir liebten es, das reichhaltige Frühstücks da einzunehmen.
