”Did order a 113 m2 Executive suite for me and my three colleagues. There is one good thing about this hotel: it is close to the Kanton fair. But that is everything. The bed was hard as a rock, the tidiness was horrible, the furniture very worn. The 113 m2 was more likely 60 m2, so don’t get fooled by promises. Even the bed was hard as a rock, had to use towels to even sleep a little.”

”Overall, it’s really good for the price we paid. Daily cleaning is done well. Sofa is abit old and dirty so maybe time to choose.”

”Excellent service!! Great Location!! I booked this hotel for my parents, very close to US Consulate(like 5 mins walk), there’re plenty of restaurants, shopping centers nearby. Also very easy transport from Guangzhou Baiyun Airport. You may take metro instead of taxi. Super convenient. Their staffs are very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend! ”

”i use this hotel , over a period of many years. Location to central area good, for food , metro & tourism. Bed mattress & pillows have been updated, in my room 1#01. Laundry facilites have been removed , in last 3~4 wks & update is unknown, atm. Even though property interior feels “dated”, staff are friendly enough. Mandarin & Cantonese is used. English = unknown. I would use this hotel again , in future.”

”I liked that the property was directly linked to a shopping center. I also liked that the cleaning lady came by everyday. What I didn’t like was that my room was without electricity for almost a whole day. I contacted the hosts several times but they never responded. Then when someone finally responded they said it would be sorted in 30 minutes. 3 hours later I got the issue resolved. ”

”Absolutely disastrous. The complex is so dis organised the staff are unhelpful. Rooms are not worth the money paid for. ”

”I'm sorry that I didn't take photos. The size of the rooms are really nice. My room's chair and bench seat had horrible large stains room 2208. The phone was very dusty. The hallway carpet were never vacuumed during my 5 day stay there, lots of lint on the entire hallway. The bellman won't help unless you ask, they also don't help you with luggage. I put dnd light on but they knocked and insisted on bringing in towels. I stayed there because my friend lives nearby and the price is reasonable....
