”very unorganized at check in. did not have available the room that was originally booked. gave us grief at check out for having a 3rd person, although room was booked as a quad family room from the start and notified them at check in, while we were standing at desk that we had 3 adults not 2. requested room to be cleaned on day 2 and no one came to clean. budget hotel, with unknowledgable staff, different rules daily with different staff. wouldn't stay again. ”

A spacious room, comfortable bed(s), powerful shower, very good breakfast and extremely nice service that leaves you with a feeling that both the customer and the hotel itself are taken good care of. Location also very convenient near the university and Botanical Garden: the street in front of the hotel is quiet, but there are dozens of restaurants within a walk of a minute of two.”

”What a great place to stay!! It was excellent in every way. The beds were comfortable, and it was great to have separate rooms. The kitchen was very handy and the laundry was most welcome, so we could move on with all clean clothes. The location worked out really well for us, it was a short walk to buses that were easy to navigate to get into the city. I have to admit it was much better than I was expecting. The decor was pretty, and it was very comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again if...
