Quiet and well maintained location - close to Queens Park; clean, modern room with all necessary amenities; comfortable bed for great night's sleep; great on-site restaurant with beautifully made quality food and friendly service; good pool area for hot days. Definitely would love to stay again when in town.”

”Autolla saapuminen ei ole mukavaa. Odotimme valet pysäköintiä, mutta halli oli jo täynnä. Vaihtoehtoinen pysäköinti on lähellä, mutta monen laukun raahaaminen ei kivaa ostoskeskuksen parkkihallista. Seuraavaksi joku toinen hotelli. Enkä ymmärrä hotellihuoneita joissa vessanpönttö on samassa tilassa missä nukutaan ja puetaan. Kuka idiootti näitä suunnittelee. Ihan kuin hänellä olisi vessanpönttö olohuoneessa.”

”We booked a pool access room and it was great. Great location with easy access to cafes and restaurants in the West End. Close proximity to public transport. Staff are helpful throughout our stay. Would have appreciated knowing about the walking route from South Brisbane station prior to arrival. Took a longer route using Google Map. ”

”I was here for a couple of days after a conference. The room was quite good but could. It was not possible to adjust the temperature higher. Nothing happened when trying. I would not quite rate it a 5 star hotel - only 4 star. The breakfast was expensive but poor (for examinerad no cheese selection - no fresh juice). However the service at concierge was fantastic all the time. The check-in desk was not so welcoming, but ok.”
