”Clean room, the bed was comfy and the location is very quiet. Size of villa was good as well as it’s well laid out.”

”Great accommodation! We were a family of 6 adults and there was plenty of space for everyone. Super clean and great location. Close to the esplanade, Woolworths and whale watching departure. I highly recommend this accommodation.”

”Room was not clean dirty towels cups and unmade bed. Property owners were not available. It was the worst experience. We had to book else where and now no refund is being processed we are completely disgusted in the service from Expedia and the Rayville boat house it’s unacceptable. We drove 3 hours to find a room unusable and then not being able to get in contact with the owner then they contact back hours later after we had to find somewhere else. Worst experience. ”

”The location was spot on, quiet and tranquil but there are areas the location could improve on. We where in lodge 2 and the path from the car parking leading up to the lodge could be an issue in the dark with the garden retaining wall called across it partially blocking the clear access”
