”Loistava sijainti. Rauhallinen joskin pieni huone, jossa hyvät yöunet. Reception palvelu ontui kun pyysimme varaamaan pöydän kylän ravintolasta. Eivät kuulemma vastaa hotellista tuleviin soittoihin, koska niin paljon on ollut no-showta. En odottanut tällaista 5 star hotellilta. Aamiaisravintolan tarjonta ja palvelu erinomaista. Valet skiing palvelu hyvä. Hiihtovälineet kuljetettiin rinteessä olevaan lodgeen, jossa säilytyskaappi vierailun ajan. Illallinen Lodgen ravintolassa hieno vaikkakin...

I'd like to remind that Valnontey is most easily accessed by own/hired car, not having that I was much helped by the locals and hotel owner in getting to and from Cogne.”

”The apartment was clean, we had earlier check in than scheduled as the apartment was ready early. Wrist bands to unlock the door was very handy. Great location next to the supermarket and lifts. Apartment was very quiet, excellent size with large balcony with a perfect view to the slope watching people skiing into the resort. ”

”The staff was available 24 hours a day. Very friendly and willing to assist you with your needs. The shuttle drivers were on time and had great suggestions. The ski in ski out access was perfect. The ski shop had great equipment and the locker room made it as easy as you can hope for. The lounge bar was a great place for a night cap and to catch some live music. Breakfast in the morning was top notch.”

”Het appartement is een prive verblijf binnen een groot app.complex. Er is niet voor lakens en handdoeken gezorgd, geen welkomst pakket, geen card voor skilockers en spa. 5 keer met Mont Blanc booking gebeld en ze beloven het, maar er kwam niks! De receptie zegt dat dit app. in privé beheer is en zij geen handdoeken en lakens mogen geven …dus geslapen zonder lakens en met handdoeken wat geïmproviseerd ”
