”This was a “budget” motel. Nothing more, nothing less. An inexpensive place to lay your head at night and move on the next morning. The property is plain but upon entering the room, it was basic but was clean and at the end of the day, Cleanliness is what mattered most to me.”

”Pros: The issue with the air conditioning was addressed fairly quickly, and the on-site handyman did an excellent job. The proximity to Newburyport was also a major plus. Cons: While the room appeared tidy, it wasn’t as clean as expected. The property is located directly behind a very loud restaurant/bar, making it quite noisy, and the surrounding area wasn’t particularly appealing. Considering the price, it was disappointing overall.
