”バスで朝早く着いて、宿に行くと部屋に案内されました。親切でやってくれていると思ったら、支払いの際にアーリーチェックインしたから、と言って宿泊代の半額分を割増請求されました。アーリーチェックインとかお金がかかるとか、一切説明がなくて、ただ部屋に通されただけなので、代金を要求されてショックでした。親切なスタッフだったのに、この点がとても残念です。それからスタッフは英語を話せないこと、さらにはWi-Fiが使えなかったことがとてもマイナスでした。”

Gave us ideas of things to do and helped us book a trip to the floating islands. Also helped us sort out the cryptic emails we received about our departing bus changes when we left. He was wonderful and made the stay much better”

”We spend three days in Puno and Titicaca Lake. The location of the hotel is best in town at Plaza de Armas. Good hotel, which is really worth money spent. We can highly recommend it. Good breakfast included.”

”While my check-in at Kaaro Hotel was smooth, the rest of my stay was disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel for two main reasons: Water Issues: The hotel controls hot water access to the rooms. I was unable to get a hot shower after a long day, and more frustratingly, there was neither hot nor cold water available for my early morning excursion. Safety Concerns: My room key did not lock properly. Despite reporting this to the front desk and requesting a fix, the issue was completely...

”The hotel was a great value for the price. It looked a bit tired, but the room was very spacious and had everything necessary (also warm water and a heater). The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location is just around the corner from the plaza, so it was very easy to get around.”

”We had to beg to have the room cleaned daily and to have towels and toilet paper. They looked offended we asked. They came once to clean the room and we were taking a late afternoon nap. The came in without knocking at the door… Don’t take a bath the water smells like sulfur or rotten eggs. If you take shower, be aware your TP is going to be soaking wet and that the whole floor is going to be wet also. The soap / shampoo distributors are not in the shower, but 5 ft away! We were sold a room...
