”We had a fantastic stay at this Condo! I expressed to the Serenity group we were going to the USVI to celebrate my wife’s birthday and to our surprise as we walked into the condo, there was a beautiful gift with a heartwarming message on a card waiting for her. This was the beginning of a happy birthday for my wife. It truly felt like home away from home. The location was perfect, and the view was amazing. ”Room and view were good. Only a very few of staff were pleasant, rest were moody and uncaring of their job. A shout out to Elsa and Dominique for their service. the entire stay was disappointing. Only 3 umbrellas at the pool and maybe 5 at the beach. Not enough lounge chairs at the beach maybe 15 and not many more at pool. this is poor considering the amount of people staying. ”Staff is very kind and accommodating at the front desk and in the housekeeping department. Service is slow at the restaurant and bar, however the food is delicious. They are updating the entire facility and it shows. ”

”My fiancé and I stayed 3 nights here in March and while I wouldn't call it a 5-star hotel, we had an excellent experience.
Something to consider when staying here is that it is located about 40 minutes away from the main city area (Christiansted) and the roads leading up the hotel get narrow and the cell service gets shotty. The drive is so far out that some Uber drivers decline your ride because they do not want to drive out that far. I would def let them drive instead of renting if you are...

Room is ugly. No water or cups for the coffee. No water in the fridge. The pillows sucks!!!
The only thing that was nice was the ocean view. Incredible view.
