”The condo was perfect and spacious but no view like what is listed. That is from the pool, which is beautiful and a spot all should enjoy. It did not seem that the condo building was full so parking wasn't a problem, but I could see there being one, as it is tight for parking. Thank goodness GPS was available, as to get to this property, the roads are windy, narrow and easy to miss it, but all good, as that is what is expected of St Johns roads. ”Clean rooms, the staff and owners were very friendly. The views of the ocean are amazing. Not a lot of amenities at the hotel itself, but everything you want is nearby. ”

The air worked just fine when there was power being that they run off solar panels, the parking was a little struggle one being on a hill and also other business parking in the same area. Again it was not horrible the location was perfect just too man steps just to get to your room and the parking. ”

”This place is a budget hotel near the downtown and airport. If you want to be near the beach pick one of the many resort hotels. When they say they have parking it is street parking but there was usually a spot not too far from the hotel. Street is very crowded so if you drive make sure you’re comfortable on small streets and parallel parking etc. The breakfast was either pancakes bacon or sausage or eggs your way toast and sausage or bacon. ”Power went out often on the island, a generator is needed at this property. Out flight was cancelled and we lost a day. I was told we would get credit for that but haven’t received confirmation of that yet. Location is okay, taxi service is a few blocks away, restaurants close. Not sure if I’d return or recommend at this time, still waiting on owner to honor his verbal agreement. But no matter what, a generator is desperately needed to protect a quality experience. ”
