”The ocean view condo we originally paid for was double booked. We finally were able to speak with the property owner (45 minutes later) he had another property available on the opposite side of the island. There was a very small view of the ocean (property is 3 blocks from ocean) and no air conditioning. Once we got into the house, we were going to fix dinner. ”Room and view were good. Only a very few of staff were pleasant, rest were moody and uncaring of their job. A shout out to Elsa and Dominique for their service. the entire stay was disappointing. Only 3 umbrellas at the pool and maybe 5 at the beach. Not enough lounge chairs at the beach maybe 15 and not many more at pool. this is poor considering the amount of people staying. ”My fiancé and I stayed 3 nights here in March and while I wouldn't call it a 5-star hotel, we had an excellent experience.
Something to consider when staying here is that it is located about 40 minutes away from the main city area (Christiansted) and the roads leading up the hotel get narrow and the cell service gets shotty. The drive is so far out that some Uber drivers decline your ride because they do not want to drive out that far. I would def let them drive instead of renting if you are...

Room is ugly. No water or cups for the coffee. No water in the fridge. The pillows sucks!!!
