”Staff members were EXCELLENT overall. The room was not always cleaned properly but the staff were quick to fix and problem solve. Breakfast was tasty but not many vegetarian options. Unfortunately the Wifi in the room was terrible and the only way for us to get a tiny connection was by going outside the room. The receptionist named Star was the Best!”

”The hotel room's air conditioning was not working properly, so the room never got as cool as we expected. In addition, there was a lot of noise coming from the street throughout the night, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Parking was also inconvenient since we had to park on the street. The only staff member who really stood out was the security guard. ”Sand castle was a small but beautiful resort. We got told many of times they have the best beach on the island and from what we seen I believe it. Nice sandy beach with chairs, umbrellas, chair covers and towels. They had everything we needed. It was close to things and not hard to navigate. The beds awe the beds were amazingly comfortable.
