”The view is incredible. That is the last of my compliments. Hot water ran out after about 6 minutes. The power on the island went out almost every night which is terrible for someone who has to use a CPAP to sleep. It seemed as though all of the units around us had generators. If we had one it was never brought to our attention. We had no way to exit the compound because the gate would only open from the outside. ”My husband and I stayed for one night at Olga's Fancy to be close to the airport after being in St John for a week. This property was absolutely adorable, and we wish we had been there longer to use the pool. The room was unique and Eddie the owner was very helpful telling us nearby restaurants and getting a cab for us in the morning to get to the airport. We would definitely come back.”

”Services are terrible at this hotel. It may be discriminated specfic type of perple. To some, it is extremely friendly with talking and explaining for 20 min. or longer while we were line up to check out for rushing to the airport at the time there were only two customers service representatives were available. When we checked in, they gave juice to almost all check in customers except us. I am not sure if it is discreminated or what! Hotel needs major change to qualify for all time five stars...
