”Had a fantastic time with our 4 adult (20s) children traveling from Madrid, States and UK. The home is clean, modern, and well appointed with everything you need (including hair straighteners!!!). Great location to wander to Gilbraltar and Ronda for the day and return for sunset cocktails and dinner overlooking the sea! Estepona is a quick drive to restaurants and markets. Hope to return one day.”

”The house is clean and nicely decorated. Communication with owner and caretaker also good. However the 4 lane A7 national road is directly bordered next to the garden and pool, the terrace and bbq place. For us, the extreme noise from trucks and motors spoiled the attempts to relax at the pool and our bbq dinner. We left therefor 3 days early. Franck was ok with that and returned the payment for the missing days. If you however don’t mind the noise, the place is perfect.”

”Villa itself is basic but very clean outside area is lovely couldn’t get our son out of the pool. Burger King, chemist and supermarket within 5 min walk. If you cross over the rd and walk between nudist resort and hotel and turn left you can walk along the beach all the way to the port with restaurants and bars. Would have been nice if someone had greeted us at villa and told us about local area as we only realised we could walk all the way down a couple of days before leaving. Martin was great...

”Villa is up a very steep road and visitors probably should be aware of that. Was very well kitted out and ideal for our needs as a group of 8 golfers. Having two z beds in one bedroom seems a bit penny pinching. Should be proper beds. Little tired and needing a bit of an upgrade.”

”Upea talo hienolla alueella San Pedro Alcanterassa. Lapsille aivan huikea pihapiiri keinuineen. Talo oli siisti ja tilava. Rantabulevardi kävelyetäisyydellä antoi hyvän mahdollisuuden aamulenkille. Meitä oli 11 henkilöä ja hyvin mahduimme. Keittiö oli uusi ja hyvin varusteltu.”

”Richard was quick to reply to my questions and very kind to let us have an early check in. The villa is stunning with tons of space and plenty of things to keep the kids busy. The villa is a ten minute drive from Estepona old town, which is beautiful, loved eating out there. Our only complaint would be the pool maintenance guy took a whole day to clean the pool. He left all the cleaning equipment in the pool and disappeared for the day. We mentioned it to Rebecca and she quickly chases him...

”Amazing villa, so picturesque! We came as a family for my 30th birthday so a mixture of ages (including 7 month old) area was peaceful but easily access busier areas through the bolt app (around €10 max for us all to get into peurto banus). About 25/30 min walking along the beach to marina. Local supermarket has everything you’d need and about 10 min walk away. Villa itself is lovely, spacious, especially around the pool. Would love to come back!”

”A casa é muito ampla e tem quartos com boas áreas e um jardim enorme. Apenas queremos deixar uma crítica: os pratos e copos não são todos iguais. Mesmo sendo um grupo de apenas 6 pessoas não conseguimos ter 6 copos iguais de água, vinho ou champanhe. Os pratos também não são todos iguais. Pode parecer um pormenor mas entendemos que faz toda a diferença podermos ter uma mesa em que tudo é igual. Os restantes equipamentos funcionaram muito bem. Obrigado por tudo.”

”We had a very relaxing stay in a superb villa with a fantastic pool area and wonderful gardens. A car is a necessity but the coast and supermarket are a short drive away. Estepona is a beautiful town and again a short drive away. If you like walking then the coastal pathways are a delight. Definitely recommend.”

”The hotel is located in a quiet and great location. The apartment is well equipped and the hotel's service is excellent. It was easy to park the car during the quiet season, but during the high season it may be difficult to find parking spaces nearby. Due to the location of the hotel, a car is almost essential.”

”Siisti paikka eikä isompia ongelmia. Autotallin paikat on aika pienet ja jos vastapäätä on isompi auto parkkeerattuna niin saattaa olla haasteita pysäköidä auto tolppien väliin. Huoneistossa valaistuksen ja "älylaitteiden" kanssa pieniä ongelmia, olohuoneen päävalo sammui parin minuutin välein. Välillä se meni päälle itekseen, välillä liikkeestä ja välillä vain napista. Olohuoneen yhden seinän pistorasiat eivät toimineet.”
