The property was the perfect spot for our family vacation. Close proximity to RMNP, hiking, climbing, and rafting for adventure and a short walk into town for dinner and ice cream. The property was clean, well maintained, spacious, included extra grooming consumables that we forgot, and was pet friendly so that our furry friend could come along! Thanks GGPM - I would definitely recommend!

Perfect spot to stay if you want to check out Estes and have quick access to the parks. There were some homes with more features such as hot tubs but we chose this home because of wanting to get the most out of our short stay in Estes and the RMNP, and I’m so glad we did. Less time in the car and more time enjoying what we came to see. Will definitely come back with family in the future!

What a fantastic stay in Estes Park!! The views from this house are incredible!! The hosts thought of everything and we loved their design style. We were even able to check in early (super easy check in/out process). Will definitely be back!! Highly recommend!!

This property was fantastic for pet owners. Initially, I was concerned because it is located in a neighborhood, but the layout of the house creates a sense of privacy. The trees are strategically placed, offering stunning views of the mountains. It feels both open and secluded at the same time. Plus, it's within walking distance of the town, and you're right near the entrance to the park. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location and beautiful view from the deck. We could hear the river from our place and everything was within walking distance. Wonderful place to stay.

Family Trip to RMNP

Excellent communication and service. House was spacious and offered everything that our family of 4 needed. Great location. Short walk to downtown Estes Park and a quick drive to RMNP. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing Home

We loved everything about the property. The home is supet clean and decorated very nice and is very warm welcoming and comfy. The view from the house is spectacular with river, mountains and town. You can hear the river which I loved. Great location and wonderful hosts. Coffee was appreciated!

Excellent stay! It’s a tastefully done home, everything thought of (extra toothbrush, razor, shampoo, etc…) and beautiful views of the town and the twin owls! Easy walk to town and quiet little neighborhood. Deer visit every evening. Would recommend 10/10 for friends to stay here! Property manager was great to communicate with and all checkin/checkout procedures were clear and easy!

We loved the location! Perfect walk into town and didn’t have to mess with parking. The house was very clean and comfortable. Hosts/Management company was extremely helpful, accommodating and very responsive whenever we communicated. The only downside was no A/C and we visited in July so it was hot during the day.

This was an amazing stay! My family traveled here for my dogs third birthday celebration and we had the best time. The hosts had left out the cutest bandana for her and gluten free snacks for the people. The hosts response time was so quick and somehow the views and the house look even better than the listing. There was plenty of space for the five adults and the puppy, would highly recommend for a family vacation. There’s serious views from every single room!

Great place near RMNP and downtown Estes Park

Great place overlooking Estes Park and mountains. Easy walk to town. The walk back up the hill can be a good workout. The sound of the river and unlimited stars at night on the deck are fantastic. The house is well decorated and welcoming. Comfortable furniture and beds. We would definitely stay here again when in Estes Park.

This is an adorable will cared for house. It is one of the cleanest rentals we have ever stayed in-Especially considering it's a pet friendly place. I sincerely loved how every cabinet was labeled so you didn't have to dig around to find what you were looking for. The little coffee and snack stations along with the mini toiletry baskets were a lovely treat. I loved that there was some games and books to peruse. And we loved using the record player. There were plenty of pillows and towels and blankets which is great. So many places just don't give you enough of those. We had one little hiccup during our visit and the hosts responded immediately and helped us find a good resolution. Overall it was a great stay.
