The location can't be beat! Whether you're heading to the nearby Mustang Mountain Coaster for a thrill or taking a scenic drive to downtown Estes Park for dinner, everything is within easy reach.

Elk Ridge Lodge is family-friendly, equipped with toys, games, and books, along with all the essentials for your little ones, including a pack-n-play, booster seat, and high chair.

Primary Suite (Main Level): A spacious king suite with memory foam bed, ceiling fan, and private bath with a tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 2 (Main Level): A queen bedroom with a ceiling fan, sharing a full bathroom.
Bedroom 3 (Main Level): Another queen bedroom with deck access and shared bath.
Bedroom 4 (Lower Level): A fun, family-friendly room featuring a twin loft bed, a twin bed, and a futon, perfect for kids or teens. Shares a full bathroom on this floor.

Bathroom 1: On the main level with a tub/shower combo.
Bathroom 2: Shared between bedrooms 2 and 3 on the main level.
Bathroom 3: A full bathroom on the lower level near the game room and bedroom 4.

Kitchen – The fully stocked kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and granite-tile countertops. It’s perfect for cooking meals for family and friends. Enjoy breakfast at the bar or sit down at the custom-made dining table for eight under a beautiful rod-iron chandelier.

Living Room – The open-concept living space with a moss-rock gas fireplace invites you to gather together, watch movies, or play board games with mountain views all around.

Sunroom – Curl up with a book and enjoy views of the backyard wildlife, or step out onto the side porch and slip into the hot tub for a relaxing soak.

Game Room – Head downstairs to the game room, where you’ll find foosball, darts, and a big-screen TV. This room also features a cozy gas fireplace for those colder nights.

The backyard deck is perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation with a gas grill, comfortable seating, and a gas fire pit. Don’t forget to enjoy the front deck too! It offers stunning views of Estes Park’s mountains and Lake Estes, where you can even watch the 4th of July fireworks without the crowds.

We have turned property management over to the team at The Wolf Rentals. It's a great management company full of long time locals who know this area like the back of their hand!

This home is in a quiet neighborhood at the base of Prospect Mountain, close to Estes Park Golf Course and not far from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Two minutes from downtown with great restaurants, its location also offers the perfect place to view wildlife, gaze at the night sky, and feel secluded.

NO SMOKING, NO FIRES

Our property is located just a few miles from where two of Colorado’s largest wildfires occurred in recent years, so we have a strict no-smoking policy. Smoking is not permitted inside or outside, and outdoor fire pits are now prohibited in all vacation homes in Estes Park. Charcoal BBQs are also banned, but our gas grill and indoor wood fireplace allowed.

ROAD CONDITIONS

Estes Park has a fantastic snowplow crew, and our driveway will be cleared during snowstorms. However, in the event of a major blizzard, the roads and driveway may not be plowed exactly when you need them. We’re unable to offer assistance if you get stuck, so we always recommend guests rent an AWD or 4WD vehicle when visiting from October to May. Our home sits at 8,000 feet in a region known for heavy snowfall!

GUEST LIMIT

Our permit allows a maximum of 8 guests.

BEARS

Never leave food in your car! Bears are common in the area and can break into vehicles.

SECURITY

We have a Minut smart home monitor that alerts us to any potential parties. It tracks noise levels and temperature to help protect our home and neighborhood.

- We have negotiated a lower cleaning fee that's based on guests starting the dishwasher and starting a load of towels at checkout.
- No cable. Please bring your own streaming accounts for the smart TV apps.
