”Staff were kind and helpful. The overall experience was good. The only complaints I have are that the lazy river/pool was not heated as described and was actually quite cold and the rooms were not the cleanest. The common areas of the hotel were clean looking and the important parts of our room such as bed and shower were clean but the room was dirty in general. Less important areas such as doors and walls appeared like they had not been wiped in quite some time. We still had a good experience...

”Beautiful location and very peaceful…very comfortable… Frances is a great hostes. There is a heater needed in the bathroom. The weather was chilly and the bath rather uncomfortable.when bathing..”

”The staff was very pleasant. Unfortunately our first night the room had a bed bug in the bed. We were moved to another room which was better. However we were told me would receive a discount and didn’t. As well as the pool need a lot of cleaning ”
