”Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout our visit, which made a positive impression. The main issues were with the condition of the hotel and room comfort. We had two rooms, and both had inconsistent temperatures that made it difficult to stay comfortable. In addition, the flooring throughout the hotel appeared worn and unclean, and it could benefit from a deep cleaning or replacement. Despite those concerns, I still felt...

”Our front desk attendant who checked us in around 9:45pm was spectacular! Her warm, welcoming personality and down to earth nature were a welcome surprise. Sometimes check in is a very transactional experience. I felt like this staff member truly loved her job and is an amazing addition to your team.”

”We stayed here a few times due to my son’s baseball tournament. This hotel has went downhill since last time. The fixtures in the bathroom were rusted due to the moisture and the fan not working. There was a bloody stain on the curtains in the bedroom and the air conditioner would not cool the room so we had to by a floor fan for the room. We were highly disappointed in our stay this time”
