”What a nice spot. The hosts left very clear instructions for everything! It is a converted garage and super nice. I'm not usually a solo traveler so, at first, i was, naturally, a bit uneasy. But i could tell the hosts were home and had been vetted by VBRO and ALL of their other guests so I quickly relaxed and used my time to unwind. While i never met the hosts, our communication was always promt, professional and inquisitive as to how they could make my stay as comfortable as possible. ...

”Great place! Nice bed, lovely kitchen. Enjoyed sitting outdoors when the temperature was high enough. Good location - one can walk to U of A then take free tram to various places. I'd certainly stay there again.”

The exhaust fan was a little noisy, and turning on the cold water made a loud sound, but neither of these things really bothered us.
