”Good location in Ponsonby and good room. Tricky to check in with a car as nowhere to pull in. I was on ground floor and had an issue with someone knocking on my door at 11pm and banging loudly and yelling aggressively and I had to phone reception twice to get someone to help them. Apparently they were staying there. I don’t know but I thought it was quite “open” to be on the courtyard with people being able to just walk off the busy road to your door and not be able to get into reception if they...
