Everything inside was clean and neat and more than enough space for me and my 4 colleagues. Any issues we may have had with the property were addressed immediately. Kitchen was well stocked. So nice for a family to have a kitchen to cook and store food. Location is amazing! We were to walk to restaurants, coffee shops, stores, etc. A car is not required in such a walkable neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Beautiful neighborhood. ”When we arrived the property was not ready. However, the team responsible sent cleaners over and fixed the issue in a few hours. Otherwise we had a great stay in a comfortable house in a quiet neighbourhood. Readily accessible by foot to all of the attractions on S 1st and for walkers out to Ladybird Lake, the Congress St Bridge and DT Austin. There's a nature trail on Bouldin Creek right across the street. With one bathroom maybe just family but our kind and patient friends didn't mind sharing.”

”Check-in was as described and very easy. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and large. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, stove, large refrigerator, ice maker and all the necessary things. The washing machine (even with detergent) and dryer in the apartment in a separate room were very practical. As requested, we had an apartment on the 9th floor with a view of downtown.
