”The apartment is small, but well equipped and located close to USC and restaurants and grocery. Pictures are accurate of furnishings and appliances. Host was helpful and prompt upon inquiry. ”

”Unit was clean and bright and close to downtown and USC. One note (which is clear from the listing but you may not notice) is that the kitchen is small, no dishwasher, just 4 plates, etc. This was fine for us because we ate out for everything but breakfast, but just don't expect to cook a bunch of meals. Would definitely recommend for someone who plans to eat out or get take out for meals. ”

”What a cute little place. Exactly what I needed. Unfortunately, I had a last-minute trip to the area during the masters. Everything was either booked solid or completely overpriced, compared to its normal seasonal price. I appreciate this Owner being true to their pricing structure and not price gouging people during an event that I had no desire or need to attend. I love the surrounding area and the community it was. ”
